Happy Birthday Chris!!!

I know, I know... it is a little late! However, the Chocolate Fudge Cupcakes were on time. And YUMMY, if I do say so myself! The frosting was very easy and I used one of the cake mixes I brought back on our February trip to Atlanta. I just cannot match the mix with a made from scratch cake... and without the my stand mixer, I really don't want to try!
